*All services require pre-payment *All services are non-refundable   *Customer is responsible for all sales tax on all services. *Must mention ads/promotions when inquiring to receive promotional pricing *Pricing is subject to change at any time for any reason *Pricing can vary based on lot size, fertilizer plan, location, terrain, current turf health, and other factors.*Customer acknowledges the health and condition of their lawn is their own responsibility. Various factors can influence the health and condition of the customer’s lawn including improper watering techniques, drought, incorrect mowing heights/mowing practices, insect and disease activity, pets, improper self-treatment of lawn conditions, and other factors. These factors as well as others can negatively impact the health and condition of a lawn even when the lawn is treated with the best lawn products or when professional services have been contracted and completed.
